Described by many as the best band in New Zealand at the moment, Kerretta's take on post-rock heaviness has be lauded around the world. Their debut LP Vilayer was a 2010 Taite Music Prize finalist. Salt designed the LP, gig posters and digital collateral.

Midium Records and the Kingsland Vinyl Appreciation Society asked us to design a new 12 inch vinyl cover for some new songs by local New Zealand band Kerretta. The limited edition grey vinyl comes with free MP3 download codes utilising a custom Salt developed flash widget on the Midium site.

A mono spaced custom display font created using repeated block forms to create a flat 2D typeface that also has 3D perspective. Negative space is utilised to create the front face of the font.

All the football club uniforms of the world combine to create a 1m x 1.4m canvas digital print that spawned into tea towels, CD artwork and t-shirts. If you look hard enough you may find Kenny Dalglish's head in there.

I had just designed the Beck's Presents logo and decided to have a bit of a play with it to again create a balanced and composed piece using random vector point movement. All done in good old Freehand.
